Bonefish Grill

I went to Bonefish Grill to place a to go order and the lady was very nice, pleasant and had a great rapport with me. I told her what I wanted to have and she made a suggestion and it was perfect. I was able to use one of my Birthday gift cards and the food was excellent. I will go again. I like the ease of pickup for ordering.

First time to Bonefish. We went for our 20th wedding anniversary. It was a lovely experience. Our server was sweet and even though I spilled my cocktail on the table they replaced it immediately. The food was exceptional. I tried lobster for the very first time and it was decadent. The steak was marvelous. Good ambiance.

GREAT, FANTASTIC, AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL customer service with nice workers. As for the food, there are some foods that taste Ah-Ma-Zing like the crab fries for instance. There were some that I didn't enjoy too much like the tacos just personal preference. However, overall, the food there is great and so is the customer service.

3rd time here and I was so disappointed. They over cooked my steak twice. They offered a 3rd but I declined at that point. My husband's fish was absolutely disgusting. We had to send that back. We were there between lunch and dinner and maybe that was the problem. The two times we were there before were great and the Calamari is very good. They gave us a free appetizer for next visit for our trouble which we thought was not fair. It was my husband's birthday so it was really disappointing. Our bill was over $100. Not worth it at all.
