I forgot my wallet and couldn't make my Apple Pay work so I said just to forget my order. But the manager paid for it and was very kind about the whole situation. Thanks BC Mcds!
Just had one of the best mcdonalds experience in my life. Walked in to a beautiful location with Halloween decor, picked up my mobile order within minutes. The food was hot, fries were fresh and I ate it all in the span of 5 minutes.
Incredible staff! They are all super friendly and understanding. Food was great as well. Didn’t take too long to get to me and tasted as good as always! Some people complain about their orders being messed up but mine never have been. Keep up the good work y’all!
The guy bringing out the food to cars was the sweetest person ever! He even wished us a safe trip back home. Everyone else was very friendly as well and the food was really good!
People were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was clean. And I could inside which is still not a given these days. Would have liked the pop machines to be accessible, but they will get you a refill if you want.
Staff was very friendly during a later evening rush due to baseball games ending. Order was spot on, fries were hot but two of the sandwiches were assembled really fast and messy. Overall though, good experience. Again, kudos to the staff for being friendly while busy.
We love McDonald's fountain pop and really appreciate their triple water filtration system. However, shocked at $1.99 for a large soft drink. I know, that inflation is hitting everyone hard, still was shocked at big price increase. Especially, since the price of fountain pop, is the smallest amount of the total price. The container, is the biggest expense. I wonder, why they switched to a plastic cup, instead of the paper/ cardboard cup, that they had used for years.
After being cold and hungry from salmon fishing since 3 am when my wife and I got there at 7 am the hot coffee, sausage egg and cheese mc griddle, and steak egg and cheese bagel hit the spot for on the way home.
I have been to many McDonald in many states. I have never seen fresh flowers on every table. The staff was smiling & happy. what a great McDonald's!!
I usually don't leave fast food reviews because it's pretty much uniform across the board but the young man who brought out our order was so very pleasant and joyful that I believe he deserves some recognition. Also when I ran back in to grab something more my son decided he wanted the young lady was also very pleasant and cheerful. They both deserve a pat on the back as customer service isn't always easy.
Came to use the restroom, very clean and fully stocked!
