So I placed an order online for a gift basket for a family member and I somehow totally screwed it up as far as shipping! I called on a Saturday morning left a voicemail about my issue and went about my day hoping I would be able to fix the problem before it was shipped ! Sunday afternoon I got a call from Alpine Chocolate Haus so they could fix MY mistake ! The woman that called was happy, nice and understanding ! Problem was fixed immediately! THANK YOU!!! it pays to shop local and while I was already a loyal customer I will continue to support this business!

One of the best Hot Chocolates I’ve personally had. The milk and dark chocolate options is always a plus and they both delivered to the taste at both occasions.
Overall, highly recommend to anyone in area. I was staying in area for the weekend nearby and checked this place out and will definitely think of it next time I am in town!

Tried multiple items, the milk chocolate giant snapper was amazing! Carmel popcorn, and maple creams were great too! The ice cream looked really good! Cute store! Highly recommend trying a few items out! So good!

this place has really good icecream. i got the michigan pothole flavor and it was delicious. the worker was friendly and service was fast. definitely going here again if i find myself in the area!

My chocolate quest has taken me to Northern Michigan. This is the first time I've ever had chocolate gummie bears. Oh what a treat. The young lady was very helpful for us. I will go back to this store next time I travel north again.
