If you are hispanic don’t go there. Rude customer service and the managers are worse then the employees. They give you cold food and late wait times. They also look at you like they’re better then you. When in fact no one is. We were all created by the father therefore we’re all EQUAL. Weather they like it or not.

I travel for work and have been given coupons for free meals to various fast food chains. Multiple times I’ve used one of these coupons at this location and had no issues. Today I go and am told by a “temporary manager” (whatever that means) that they don’t honor those coupons because they aren’t part of a certain corporation. I informed this “temp manager” that I had used these cards there before multiple times and she said that’s probably because it was a “courtesy thing.” Sounds more like greedy money hungry people not wanting to honor something that the company they work for put out. Ridiculous. Won’t be back to this location if I have to come back to this area again.

Okay, I am a long time fan of BK. They've gone down hill over the years as a chain. Everyone one I've been in the last 6 years has been a disappointment. Today, I had the best Whopper since I was a kid. It was grilled to perfection. Bun was fresh, tomato was juicy, Lettuce wasn't soggy. The fries were perfectly salted and tasty. GIVE WHOMEVER is on duty, on this day a RAISE. From the ordering to the prep to the grill, this crew is a cut above!

It's hard to be this bad. Drive thru times are outrageous Dine in is even worse. Employees all look like they hate their jobs And the doors are locked most of the time. Basically there isn't a decent BK in kernersville NC. I say this as someone who worked there in college. Ppl don't care and it's shown in the food and service. Shut it down!

Asked the woman working at the second drive thru window to break a $20 bill for me. She said she had just started her shift and didn’t have the change. I asked her if any of her other co-workers had change in their drawer to break a $20 and she did not know. Her response was “I haven’t been in their drawer so I don’t know.” Incompetent and apathetic. This happened around 2:20PM on 01/31/2022 if anyone would like to provide her some coaching.
