I loved this place! Very nice staff. Our server was Anna and we had such a blast talking to her and she was very fast about bringing our food. As a level 7 guide I've been to many place, around the world and man she was one of the best. I hope management gives her a raise. Otherwise, the food was AMAZING with great portion sizes and the deserts are also to die for. If your in bowling green I would absolutely stop by here. It wasn't even crazy crowded on a Friday night. Great job, Chuy's!

Generally it was a nice Mexican restaurant. Food was tasty and plentiful, free nachos were fresh and crispy and prices were reasonable. Unfortunately our lady server was pretty much useless! We were taken to our table by one member of staff, order taken by another, drinks and nachos brought over by the same guy and he then took our order. All was good. Then our food was delivered by a lady and she told us she was our server!! Then we never saw her again until she brought the bill to us halfway through us eating our dinner!! Never asked if we wanted dessert or more drinks!! I needed extra tortillas... luckily the guy was nearby and I asked him. So you're lucky he and the food was good or you would have got 2 stars! Unfortunately she will get the tip!

Alrighty, this is the 2nd Chuy's location I've eaten at and it still holds up as a great place to dine. We went close to closing time so there was not many people. Service was good, food was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. Place felt a little smaller than the one in Louisville, but theme was still on point.

Food OK....Service was outstanding. Katie waited on us and I can honestly say she was the best server we've had in years. Kudos to her. Went for lunch. Wife had the Fautas which were great. I had the enchilada which was in no way an actual enchilada. Not baked. Meat put in flour tortilla instead of corn and just had sauce poured on top. Have no idea how they pass this off as an enchilada. Other than the strange enchilada everything else was great. The chips, beans and sauces all good.

Chuy's has been added to our rotation of eating lunch after Sunday Morning Church services. I really love their fajitas. The whole family loves the white dip for the chips. It's like a spicy creamy ranch. Service is good. Prices seem to be fair. But like anywhere we all wish they could be cheaper.

Delicious Mexican food. Their salsa and jalapeno dip are a must. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food they serve. Our server was top notch. He kept us well taken care of.

The enchiladas are not enchiladas If you went across the street to Sam’s and bought a rotisserie chicken, pulled the plain chicken meat off, wrapped it in a stiff, uncooked tortilla and poured some warm sauce over it, you would have the equivalent what Chuy’s is passing off as an enchilada Mostly likely for speed of preparation to get food to you fast (I did not know I was dining at a fast food restaurant) the enchiladas are Not baked, which would allow the components to meld together rather than the plain chicken just laying loosing in a stiff, tuned tortilla- no melted cheese to hold food components together. Quite disappointing, actually. Now, the fajitas are another matter- they are well prepared, and tasty. But I came for enchiladas….
