Rude staff especially the one with the Witch nose 🧙♀️. The store also seems filthy they need to clean it as well and focus on their manners towards customers. I said "Hi" and "Thank u" to both employees and they ignored me and looked at me weird like I had done something wrong. Will not return

Lazy staff, i sometimes would come in to get wings and everytime i asked, i get looked at like im crazy. Then im told one day, they're NOT fresh... Why have it on display as if they're ready to purchase then? Why not throw em out and make a NEW batch? LAZY. Dont waste time or money here.

This location is plaqued by not only by bad management caused by poor leadership on behalf of the owner, but roaches and uncleanliness. I have personally witnessed one manager Abu call a customer a racially demeaning word while telling another to shut the $_$_ up. Constant non cleaning of hands serving food that has been on the rollers or under heat for the entire day. No wonder someone eventually drove their vehicle through the store. There are other places in the area to get convenience items that are extremely better. If you are smart, save yourself either aggravation, grief, or just from food poisoning, or being over charged. Go somewhere else.

The manager/owner asked if my one-year old daughter had contacts because she was black with colored eyes. Regarding my purchase, the owner overcharged me for a slurpee and did not give me back correct change nor did she provide me with a receipt. When I asked for a refund, I was told Ibneeded a receipt which I was not provided. I will NEVER go to this 7-Eleven again and I would not recommend it to anyone else. All around bad experience.

I was so disappointed and grossed out!! Coffee cups fell and sat on the floor of this establishment and the worker just picked them up and put them back in the holder. I asked him and another employee and they just didn't care...don’t eat here please!!! Can you imagine what they do in the back with food prep? Oh...My....God!!!!

worst experience ever!!! DO NOT GO HERE.
I went here today and I had the 711 app with a lot of points about 1300 and I redeemed my points for a free pizza the old ugly man scanned it and he went to go get some other tacos for a customer. He came back and I asked him about the free pizza and he said he didn’t scan anything so he took the phone and redeemed another pizza so know I was down to 300 point and it went up because I recently made another purchase during the same time. Moral of the story is that the old man working there should be fired as soon as possible and this has been the worst experience ever with any convince store.

I for the life of me can't understand why this store has a 5 star rating. I usually visit a store 3-4 times before leaving a review if I decide one is necessary.
Today is my 4th and final time visiting the store. I went into the store to cash-in my lottery tickets @4:10pm. The cashier was counting loads of money right behind the register counter. I waited about 20 seconds because I figured she would at the least acknowledge me. Didn't happen. Finally I said "hi, excuse me." Nothing not even a gesture. Another lady comes from their break room (I guess) as I start to say..... My greeting once more and says..... "Wait..wait...wait....you need to wait counting the money is more important we could get robbed."...... Really? This money that you are counting on the counter where all your transactions take place in front of everyone? Why not take it out of the public's view if you're so worried. I confirmed once more that counting the money in plain sight was more important than acknowledging customers. Firm Yes! Here is my problem. This isn't the first time employees of this store have been so non-chalant. Usually I find myself waiting for someone to finish sweeping the aisle or sending a text before the transaction can even begin.
