Came to this location at 6:10 in the afternoon doors, lobby empty! Manger on duty was extra rude I asked why is the lobby closed he says because it is get out. Everyone of the staff just looked and when I asked again stating you have a line to the street and a empty lobby why are u closed? He said I’m calling the cops! I and I forgot to mention that I had 2 little kids with me that started crying when he said he was going to call the police! He refused to give his name, Customer service number or general managers name & number. How crazy this is that. Hey hun this is McDonald’s if it’s that bad just go home!

12/22 at 3:12AM I was informed they were closed. How is a 24 Hour location closed with staff present and all the lights on???
12/29 3:15AM closed again on a 24 hour location. This is ridiculous.
4/20/22 3:41AM they are closed again. Contacted corporate in December who told me the franchisee would contact me. I have not been contacted once.
7/4/22 4:07AM closed again. Still no call from corporate or the franchisee. GET FOOD ANYWHERE BUT THE GALLANT FOX LOCATION.

The staff was busy but no one acknowledged that I was waiting to order. I stood there for about 5 minutes before my order was taken. I ordered hot tea and 3 cookies - a very simple and fast order. I waited another several minutes before finally receiving my order. In the meantime 2 different people came in to pick up orders through GrubHub and were also pretty much ignored. One of them finally gave up and left. The manager needs training on customer service for his staff.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The wait is ALWAYS ridiculously long! How is this even a fast food restaurant? It's not. It's slow as a snail food. Every single time I've been there the service is sooooo slow! You'd think I'd learn by now! Don't ever go to the drive thru because they will not acknowledge your presence or the wait would be over 20 min. (LOL fast food right??!) Even the pickup inside is awfully slow. They don't even come to take your order! How are they even in business? I'm done with this location, even though it is minutes away from my house. So done with snail food and rude employees.

I have been visiting this McDonalds for afew years. The young people in this restaurant are hard workers, the most polite - especially at the window early mornings for my "go-to" iced coffee or breakfast sandwichs for myself and grandson on our way to his school and my 'after retirement" part-time job. An excellent start of my days every week.

Newly renovated store but the service and employee attitude still there. Went to drive thru and been there for almost 30mins. So i left just 2 cars in front of me coz im gonna be late for work left house 45mins early and omg the service is turtle slow this isnt the first or second time but attitude is ridiculous. Same as the one in 301 crain hiway no one in line and it took me 20mins just to get 10pc. Chix nuggets and a burger

Come here if you like your time being wasted. It always feel like they have 1 person working. The drive thru is always a 20-30 Mins wait. Not worth the trip or time.

Absolutely pathetic. I have grown up here and come here my entire life. It continues to get worse every year. This time I waited in the drive through at 9:00 pm with 5 cars in it for 1 hour. The staff is rude and the night manager is nothing short of incompetent. Horrible place!
