Shay is the best!!! She made us feel so welcomed and warm and made my friend’s birthday so special. In the less than 10 minutes we were interacting with her we felt like we made a new best friend. Yessss....5 stars for having all the different loafs ; pumpkin,banana nut and lemon. The staff was friendly and the loafs were fresh and delicious.
The drive through is a little slow but I didn't mind.

Music is too loud to work/study here. Not too much space. Even fewer spaces with charging available. Staff were very nice.

For the most part, the experience was great. Thanks to Tanisha and Richi. There was a dude named Rapheal that didn't want to listen to the specific instructions for my drink...kept saying I got it. He made my one visit unpleasant. Otherwise, my days one and three were great experiences. I'll revisit when I go back to the area.

I order Mango Dragon fruit with lemonade tetra size and the barista said i cannot take it back cause i complained it looks bland to me in fairness she gave me extra dragon fruits cubes on the side.

I’m not sure what goes wrong at this particular Starbucks, but unless you’ve got twenty minutes to kill, don’t get in the drive thru. Twice this week I’ve waited in a line that doesn’t move. Drinks, etc are great, but the service is lackluster.

I am a frequent customer at Starbucks; I go about 2-3 times a week & have an automatic reload on my account. The Vista Gardens location is about 5 minutes from my home so it should be the most convenient, but I encounter terrible service when I do mobile ordering almost every time I purchase something from this location. On two occasions I have requested refunds because of this. During today's visit, I placed a mobile order around 11:20am & was told it would be ready at 11:34am. I arrived at 11:54am to allow them extra time to complete my order (as they are almost never on time). Upon arrival, not only was my beverage not ready, I was told that the "printer is broken so we couldn't see the order." While I understand that technical difficulties can occur, the issue is that I am not being told about these issues until I am in the store, 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. Additionally, there is an issue with timing at this specific location every time; on another occasion (6/3/2021) I was told that my order could not be completed on time because "the barista didn't know how to make it." In contrast, I have never encountered any timing problems at the Starbucks in Free State Shopping Center even when they have limited availability on items. I have already been refunded, but the fact is that this location consistently provides lackluster service & the problem needs to be addressed.

If you've been to any Starbucks, you know what to expect. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The service is always prompt and polite, and I've never had an issue with them messing up my order. The problem is that it's Starbucks coffee, which is to say that it's a bit overpriced, the roasts taste burnt, and it's generally not as good or as interesting as what some local breweries in the area can make. Plus, I always feel like I'm supporting the evil corporate overlords when I go here. Still, it's a convenient caffeine fix if you're in a hurry.
