So, this morning I took Charlie to McDonald's for a little treat. And it has a fun Play Place. 😊 But getting to my point of the post, in the short half hour we were there, I watched as two different employees went above and beyond their "job" and looked out for customers. The first instance was when Charlie ordered a hash brown. It came out piping hot, and as we walked away, the employee ran around the counter to get us a couple napkins so the hash brown wouldn't burn Charlie's hands as he carried it. "Here you go, buddy. Be careful, that's really hot", he said as he wrapped the hash brown in the napkin and then handed it back to him. He was genuinely concerned! The second instance was seconds later, as we were walking into the Play Place area. An employee ran past us to get to another table where an older gentleman had fallen as he was getting out of his seat. I ran over to see if I could help as well, but it had been taken care of. As the employee walked past me again, he took a moment to thank me for offering. What made this exchange even sweeter was that the two gentlemen - employee and older man - were of different races. The world is just a little kinder this morning because of two men thinking and looking beyond themselves (and beyond color). I'm grateful to have been a witness. 😀

So far, this location hasn't screwed up my order. So they get 4 stars! I prefer this one over the Woods Cross location a couple miles away. Drive thru is usually fast.
Kids love coming here to play on there gym. As far as food haven't no complaints and there sweet tea is amazing best around! People there are friendly and respectful! If you have a problem with your order they are on top of it which is awesome keep it up guys!
This McDonald's is more consistent with good orders after 10pm than any other time of day. By that I mean I feel that I receive the freshest quality it's when I order during this time of day.
They are consistently fast and friendly. They don't give me too hard of a time with my annoyingly difficult order of two plain-no-salt double cheeseburgers and no-salt fries.

Today (08/17/2023) around 1:30pm I came tp this McDonald's and AMBER working at the first winder with a yellow shirt, short hair and big blue eyes was very nice, kind & polite. I went to the second drive through and some Latina that could not speak or understand English very well kept asking me "what" and messing up on my order so I got frustrated and went to the window where AMBER was kind enough to take my order and was so sweet. Thank you again AMBER 💓
I got a great buttermilk chicken sandwich here the other day. Much much better than the other one that I reviewed at a different macdonalds (see: other reviews). The only thing I didn’t like about this visit is that it was raining pretty hard outside. Apart from that, the service was quick, the food was hot and tasty, and the staff were top of the notch.
The night crew here are awesome. I mistakenly thought the peanut butter crunch mcflurry was chocolate peanut butter, but they added chocolate for me anyways! Really awesome people!
Was a typical McDonald’s experience. The dining room was well kept. No issues with order
So the black man that takes your order is very fun professional. This guy way cracks me up. Really cool dude, normally works the night shift.
Not the best location for a McDonald's. It is very difficult to get in and out of unless you are already going the correct direction on the road. Food was good and hot and fresh.
