The burrito was huge and very very good. You get to go down the line and tell them what you want on it. I got mine enchilada style. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when we went in there wasn't an employee to be seen. After waiting a couple minutes we yelled hello and they came out from the back. The same thing happened last time we went in.

Not only is the food delicious, but staff is fantastic. This is common lunch spot and most likely will never stop going there.

If you like Cafe rio/Costa Vida this is the place for you. better value, less crowds, tastes great
and a plus, no high schoolers crowding it up at lunch on weekdays

The new manager seems to have the ambition and desire to make this location better and more busy! If you haven't been in a while, I suggest that you give it a try. I haven't been in a while and this will be my top choice over Cafe Rio or Costa Vida. Friendly staff and working hard to change their reputation at this location. Food was hot, fresh, & delicious! Can't wait to go back and you can't beat their $6 special for a smothered burrito and a beverage...

So good and great value! Much better than I expected. The servers were very accommodating. I had the sweet pork burrito with cheese sauce and the fajita veggies. Tasty!

Cafe rio and Costa should take advice from Barbacoa. Thank you for draining the beans before you put them in, nobody likes bean water in a burrito. The burrito $6 deal is a great value

I liked their enchilada style sweet pork burrito with the corn salsa. Not the best menu options for kids because their salsas and queso are too spicy for mine. When you're in the drive thru it is a bit hard to understand and be understood. I don't love their coupon/discount policy and the way they print out on your receipt is super confusing. The drive thru/parking lot is also a bit tight. But, for not super fast Mexi food it's a decent option.

I really like Barbacoa. I think it's on par with Chipotle. The $6 burrito and a drink is a great price. Free WiFi too!

Sadly, reading the reviews on this restaurant tells you more about the residents of Bountiful than it does about Barbacoa. "Barn like atmosphere?" Give me a break. I've never read more whiney dramatic drivel on a google review. I have eaten over 100 meals at Barbacoa at 4 different locations. Never had a bad experience. Food is good. Service is good, and I would reccomend it to anyone.
