Jimmy Johns

I really like Jimmy John’s in general. I am usually satisfied and have a good experience, but the last few times I’ve visited haven’t been very great. (Specifically in Bountiful) I ordered the new cáprese sandwich and I was so excited for it. The first time the tomatoes were frozen and it really hurt my teeth. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I ordered it again. It was the same thing. The third time I ordered I was so fed up with it and I took out the tomatoes and microwaved them, but it had already made my sandwich soggy. I don’t recommend ordering this sandwich. The regular subs are great.

5-Star experience for a sandwich shop? Yep. Doesn’t get much better for a quick lunch. Friendly, upbeat staff. Roscoe had our three sandwiches - all different - made to perfection and ready to go before we even finished paying for everything. No joke. Sandwiches were great, bread was fresh. So, yeah. 5-stars. Thanks, Jimmy John’s.

I picked up a large order for a team of nurses, and it turned out that one sandwich was missing, so I had to go back, and they were so nice to me and even offered me an extra sandwich for free. It feels nice when a fast food place shows that they care even though they don't have to. Also, JJ's in salt lake is closed on Sundays, so this one is better.

My family, consisting of teenagers, ages 16, 17, and 19, my husband, and I were coming home from Lagoon Amusement park and we wanted sandwiches. We agreed that this would be the best place because their food is so fresh and well made. We were not disappointed. Their subs hit the spot for us. I got a number 11 and added some roast beef to it so that I could have turkey, ham, and roast beef with cheese lettuce, and tomato. I had the server hold the mayo and put avocado spread instead and it was fantastic! Everyone was pleased with their food!

I placed an online order and showed up to the store about 10 minutes later. Only 2 guys were behind the counter and they were working so quickly to keep orders flowing out. One of them saw me sitting for a few minutes and asked if I had the pickup order, then told me the extra wait was because they just pulled out their next batch of bread and were just starting my order. He told me to grab a free side for my trouble and the order was still done faster than another sandwich place could’ve done. 5 stars for good food and great customer service!
