The orange chicken and the walnut shrimp usually taste good.
On the other hand, the teriyaki "chicken" tastes like dishrags. I just avoid ordering anything questionable looking when I go in. This time though they gave me a heaping serving of cabbage instead of chow mein so I came to the internet to whine about it.

This was our first time at this location. We placed a mobile order online thinking we could just run right in and pick it up. It wasn't ready when they said it would be 25 minutes after placing the order. Spent another 20 minutes waiting inside while they prepared my order. It was correct - totally give them that! Just wasn't as fast as I was thinking it was gonna be.
If your high risk/immune compromised avoiding COVID - not a good location to do this. Only the employees wore masks. Multiple people with "coughs". Another location may have a drive thru.

Place is always busy. I got fried rice and the new almond crispy chicken. There was no bejing beef so I got the orange chicken. Wontons were crispy. Food was hot and fresh. Customer service could be better and more friendly though. Wish can give 3.5 🌟

I used to go here frequently, at least once a week or so with my spouse. Always had an okay experience and enjoyed my food. I doubt we will feel comfortable eating here again after our last. My spouse was told "The floor is clean" after a ladle was dropped on the floor before she picked it up & scooped his rice out of the rice cooker. The entire white rice batch was contaminated. He was given the floor excuse from the employee before he asked for a new utensil to be used & new serving. We paid $28 for our food, went home and lost our appetites.

Do not go in after 9 o'clock expecting what you want available to eat 20 minutes before closing only thing available sweet-and-sour chicken I wouldn't make anything else except for chameleon and stated the reason was we don't throw away any food which tells me this company is so cheap that they will Not have the food you want when you go in and then give you a bogus statement I've never ever had a restaurant do that to me other than the panda expresses nationwide I went to Chipotle road right after leaving panda and Chipotle was dropping a new bin of hot steak and everything was full A proper customer experience Panda Express doesn't throw away food not because they're equal friendlier whatever it affects their bottom dollar and there's that cheap Do not even have Is half normal Size preparations Instead of default preparations during normal hours Yes none of us want Today's leftover Chinese tomorrow but you unfortunately have to have Cooked foods that have to go in the garbage I worked at a Chinese restaurant when I was 15 as a fish washer and and you don't know how many times the 50 gallon garbage bag was so full it wasn't funny and this was a premium Chinese restaurant in Chicago land suburbs area And it wasn't because they just had so much stock people would order it And not finish it because the main serving platter was pretty big and it was a very rich town so they didn't care about waste so Panda should have at least 5 pounds of garbage food We're not shopping there cause they're Eco friendly we're shopping there because there's supposed to be X number of dishes

I love ordering food here, but I am
not satisfied yesterday, Dec.10 around 5:30pm. The one who assisted me didn’t give me good amount of what I’ve ordered (as in you can tell the difference if you always comes here to order something) no “Hi” or “good evening” and the cashier take my payment when there’s still order in his counter for customer to pick up, then when I paid my order my husband thought that ours was the one in the counter and looked on us like why are we getting those bags. Like we’re stealing something. I guess more training for these employees in how to give customers good customer service, without judging and to learn how to be consistent with their customers.
