Don't be fooled by the large "new management" sign. You can expect to be ignored and mocked by employees who'd much rather stare at their cell phones than take your order. Prior to the reported switch, employees were respectful, even if it took 3 of them an average of 20 minutes to make a lackluster sandwich. Now it seems they're really scraping the bottom of the barrel in terms of candidates. All of the other sandwich options on / around Pearl (Lindsay's, Boulder Creek Market, Yellow Deli, etc) will give you better food, faster service, and a more pleasant experience in general.

Bald headed jerk wouldn't make my son a cheese sandwich on his "roll". He wanted us to buy a $12 triple cheese sandwich for a toddler. We ordered two Italian subs that were really disgusting. The meat is not properly wrapped up and is laying around on top of each other. CROSS CONTAMINATION?? The place is dirty and the service is the cherry on the cake. You're better off buying some lunch meat at a store and stuffing it in to some bread yourself - it would taste a million times better. Hopefully the next time we go to boulder this place will have shut down - hopefully the health department will read this and go do a much needed inspection.

DELICIOUS FOOD!! I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my sandwich roll. All 4 of the people in my party ordered a different sandwich, and all 4 of us were extremely happy with our food. A must try while in Boulder. 4 stars given as all of the tables were dirty when I visited- detracting from the experience.

I've tried to eat here three times. The first two times they closed early. The third time they were open but they were out of the prime rib. When I tried to order, the sandwich savant behind the counter stared at me blankly and grunted, "we don't got it." Just trying to extract an explanation of what that means in the context of a restaurant and its posted menu was an ordeal I didn't enjoy. Apparently they run out at 2pm every day. Do you need to be a professor of economics to realize this might mean you don't make enough of it? Three strikes. I guess I'll never have the good fortune of tasting God's gift to sandwiches. This review was supposed to be for the location at Pearl and 26th, whoops.

Great food, extremely subpar service. I love me a good sandwich, but these guys are complete donkeys everytime I try to give it a second chance. Complaining about how taxes in boulder are too high, closing the store in the middle of the day, and just generally TERRIBLE service. Not a pleasant experience to spend any amount of time around the staff, which is disappointing because their sandwiches are pretty good.
