Pretty solid grilled cheese. I found the French fries to be the winner though. I didn’t think the bread was too stellar. Appreciated the use of good bacon that was also cooked well. Also 2 GC, 2 FF, 2 drinks was about $30… kinda high

I am so excited about this little spot. I had the raspberry beret - filled with melted Gouda and raspberry jam. It was SO good! And the tomato soup was the perfect compliment. I can’t wait to go back.

Literally the best grilled cheese experience you could ask for. Staff is super friendly, the service is great and fast! You don’t usually expect much from grilled cheese and tomato soup, but lemme tell ya, these guys set a new bar! I can’t imagine coming back to pearl and not stopping by.

So nice, we had to come twice. The guys working were super friendly and patient! The food was PHENOMENAL! Highly recommend their raspberry beret with their lemonade!

Solid food and reasonable prices. Enjoyed several of the grilled cheese sandwiches and liked having the option of ice cream or a root beer float. Highly recommend checking this place out in Boulder.

Ruthie's boardwalk social has become a staple for me on Pearl Street. I grew up right next to Pearl Street and it always go down for lunch, when they first opened I immediately wanted to try it. Unique artisan grilled cheese sandwiches. Many cheese types and toppings. Dip it in tomato soup because that’s how you do grilled cheese. The launch was a bit salty but they quickly fixed it. Great breakfast sandwich as well!
