Jason's Deli

Awesome sandwiches, and very reasonably priced. They have a huge corned beef or pastrami sandwich with 3/4 lb of meat, that doesn't disappoint. I've been here several times and gotten a different sandwich each time. Always satisfied. Service is great, people are always friendly, and it's always clean. They let you have your way with a section of the salad bar, which is always nicely stocked. And oh yeah, FREE ICE CREAM! One of my favorite sandwich places in Boulder.

salad bar was great, restaurant was not so clean, dirty tables, windows smeared with hand prints, felt yucky! Staff was great- Customers pretty rude- Customer bought a salad bar to go, filled up calm shell on both sides, stacked very high with everything on the salad bar and then shared in the restaurant with another person and then proceeded to fill up there own supplied rubber containers- no one on the staff mentioned anything to them I consider that stealing- since only 1 person paid and they filled 6 mid size containers- hummmm

Unfortunately, as of Nov 4th, they're permanently closed. Spoke with a manager on Nov 3rd and was told the cost of operating in Boulder was just too high. $30/sq. foot for rent and just not enough business to cover that cost. A net loss of more than $1 million since it opened. A shame, as I quite liked the food, and the service was always very good.

I contacted these people by phone to order a delivery (and they do deliver), I got hung up on 7 times throughout the course of 15 minutes, all the while this very rude and very ornery young man named Adam kept sassing me in a most undue rude undertone, that persisted throughout every consecutive call. The 8 through 11 count calls I made were met with agitating hangups by Jason's Deli after 1 second on every single call I made thus. And finally, on the twelfth call I made to Jason's Deli, I got the Manager on the line, and I told him of my complaint that I have aforementioned here from the start of this review, yes, verbatim, to the manager of himself, of Jason's Deli Boulder, CO. And the manager replied with "okay." And then I replied with "I'm so glad 'you' understand. I'm so glad 'you' understand." And the manager then said "okay." again. So basically it was the most impudent customer service via phone for a Boulder restaurant that I have ever experienced. A half star would be even more fitting. I Hated It.
