We ordered veggie enchaladas with green chili
And a chipotle aioli taco and a fried avocado taco with rice and beans.
Everything tasted homemade and super fresh
The texture mixtures were amazing

I ate at Mojo Taqueria. I was in town for a cousins wedding. I wanted Tacos since it was Taco Tuesday. I used Google for where to go and could not have been happier. I sat at the bar and female bartender was so friendly, accommodating and efficient. I had 3 Tacos and they tasted great. The margarita was a great combination. I was in closer to close and felt welcomed. If I get back to Boulder I’ll will go have more tacos.

First of all, make this your top rated fresh tex-mex restaurant that takes your taste buds to the max. Speaking of Max, amazing bartender. Gave us excellent recommendations and is a wonderful entertainer. The food landed in my top list of tacos and guacamole (above any Mexican restaurant I’ve been to). The atmosphere is clean as well as relaxing. From someone who is out of town I am beyond appreciative of this fabulous place.

I had the Torta Mexican Sandwich
With short rib, served on house-made bolillo bread with chipotle aioli, lettuce, tomato, avocado, asadero, charro bean spread, crema and escabeche relish. The yuca fries were great. Had few margaritas and chips and salsa too. Fast great friendly service!

Really good tacos! Would definitely recommend the fried avocado taco. Also have some good rice and beans! Located in a calm part of Boulder and situated by some pretty greenery.

This is a tentative review. I have been to this location and Lyons. Both are delicious with a good set of taco options. Yummy quest and tons of salsa choices! All topped off with great service.

Went here for the first time a few days ago. Good food and reasonable prices. Lovely ambiance, friendly staff and lots of parking. Definitely the best Mexican food I’ve had in boulder.
