They make a very nice cibatta bread that is delicious when you add olive oil spices and cheese and put it in the air fryer. This bread also makes a delicious sweet bread when you add olive oil, Splenda and strawberries and bake in the air fryer

It’s kind of like Panera Bread but more bare bones and expensive. Also a bit cooler looking and less commercial. The design is not very straight forward for a first time customer because things aren’t always clearly labeled, and the system isn’t so straight forward so you just have to kind of figure it out as you go. The staff can be a bit stand off ish but also really nice.

Food is amazing and so fresh. Reasonable prices except drinks. Pies are divine but also $20. The staff do not give a lot of info on the procedure for getting the food.
