Staff was friendly, and the facility was clean! When I asked for larger helpings of individual items, they had no problem serving them, as expected at every Chipotle location I've been to. The view was great and the food was tasty, as usual!

Plenty of seating, quick service, and fresh food. Ordered two burrito bowls and embraced the unique art pieces this location wears. Perfect location to walk around the mall and look at vendors, artists, & entertainers.

Who serve the food ? represent Chipotle Grill ? I would think twice to come again. Today the person who served (young man) my food order to go was so poor and can say no dignity to work this job. My portion was tremendously small, he did not even pay any attention serving. Very ignorant person can tell. We are not in line here as homeless people, we are paying from our pocket. There is no kindness and friendly manners from him at all. Will not come ever and will let people know about the service. You should hire people with customer service skills and to know what is normal or standard portion. He was giving like it's on his pocket and mercy, how sad.

I have used Chipotle delivery via the app twice from here. Twice it has provided me doordash drivers that have delivered AN HOUR LATE! With no updated ETA- a constant 'will be there in 1 minute' sign while watching the driver go all over time. Horrible system! Need to fix this- I will truly never order from here again.

Love this place! I go here for my lunch break all the time and I'm consistently impressed with the speed of service, friendliness, and delicious food. I've seen them clear a line to the door at lunch in under 7 minutes. More than once! Ella and Ruben are my faves! 💖

Literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every time I order here they get my order completely wrong, or the chips are stale, or the food just does not taste right. I hate this chipotle with a deep passion and firmly believe that it should be shut down. There is no need for it when there is a perfectly good chipotle on 28th. 🥰

No Cheese today. They are out of queso for some unknown reason. I asked for shredded cheese and got a literal pinch of cheese. Sorry this isn't gourmet cheese, it would be nice to get a decent helping. Really enjoying my bowl of rice, beans and salsa though. *Huge eye roll*

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will not be going back. Do not support this business. They misunderstood my order, then when I told them I would take it as is if they just dropped the extra charges that would ensure because of their mistake, they said they would remake the burrito rather than charging me at the lower price. I didn’t have time and didn’t want to waste the burrito. The manager was VERY rude when I explained the situation.
