The staff is so very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about tea. So many flavors and types of tea as well as tea accessories. They also have a very calming sit down tea room!

Fantastic tea shop. I visited a few years ago, they are wonderful people. I purchase tea online from them to ship to my house, it's a great process. They really appreciate their customers. Try the White Grape tea, my favorite.

“Plants are your friend” says the sign in one of the nearly dead plants on the back of the shop. If this is how you treat your friends I am questioning your service.
After ordering a tea we decided to sit down in the room on the back of the shop. I was shocked to see all of the plants there were half way dead. They looked like they were not water for months! Like seriously? It would have been such a nice room to relax… it really ruined my experience there.

They had many varieties of tea. The staff was super helpful. They even had the spices to blend your own tea. I love this place

This is genuinely the best tea I've ever had. I order online from wherever I live, other tea brands do not compare. They make the best and spiciest chai I've ever found (Winter Chai) and I'm obsessed with the lavender blends they make (Lady Earl and Blueberry) I recommend this shop to every tea drinker I find! Don't bother going anywhere else to buy looseleaf!

I got a boba tea here and was excited bc of the reviews! I got the mango green boba tea and it was disgusting. The boba was basically falling apart, the tea was so bitter I could barely drink it, and there were a bunch of small boba parts floating around in the drink that made it uncomfortable to drink. I only had a few sips before throwing it away.
I didn’t try anything else, but from my one experience, I won’t be coming back

Extraordinary selection of loose tea, friendly service and locally owned store. We have been a customer for many years. Personal favorites are Lemon Blossom Oolong, Spring in Paris & Summer Tranquility White Tea. Great gifts!

This place seems really cool and the staff is very friendly but not their boba teas! We tried the oolong milk teas and it’s nothing close to anything called Milk tea. It tastes watery and it’s basically just water and ice. I had to throw it away after a few sips smh
