We’ve walked past this place a few times and it always looks and smells delicious. I got an everything bagel with chive cream cheese and it was decent. I’d say 4 stars though because the outside was a bit overdone for my taste. The seeds, for example, were toasted black. Burned basically. It had a good flavor aside from the exterior so I’d say still a solid bagel.

We really enjoyed WoodGrain on our visit today in Boulder. The bagels and spreads were extremely delicious. The exterior and interior have a nice cozy charm to it with the decor and the split wood. Friendly service, great food and creative menu. Finally, we also really enjoyed supporting a small business and not a big bagel or coffee chain. Thanks WoodGrain!

I've been enjoying their breakfast burritos. The bagels are good too. Would be nice if they served sit down customers with plates and mugs instead of paper but overall an enjoyable experience. I'm glad to see the staffs' faces lately!

Very variable in quality and consistency during pickups (haven't dined in recently). I have had multiple occurrences where either the bagel was burned or the wrong dish was given. Today for example they gave me a meat skillet instead of a vegan one. They have been prompt on refunds but that doesn't discount them from the overall bad experience. Unlikely we will order again.

This is possibly the most poorly managed eating establishment on the planet. Expect to wait 15-20 minutes for a bagel. You can literally get a full breakfast at one of the greasy spoon diners in town in the time that it takes them to toast a bagel and apply some cream cheese. Moe's bagels, down the way a bit will have you out the door, even with a long line, in less than five minutes. In the past I have inquired as to why this is and the cashier has gone into a long explanation about front of house vs back of house etc. It sounds like an extremely complex process, like spacecraft assembly or something. The bagels are okay and the staff is friendly, but I wouldn't go there even if the things were free. When I am in the market for a bagel I have stuff to do. 100% of the time. That is the whole purpose of a bagel, you can grab it quickly and eat it on the go. The restaurant's management is obviously in denial about how much of a s***-show this place is. I have been very patient with this place but there has been zero improvement. I suggest management take a walk down to Moe's to see how to run a bagel shop, because 'yall need a remedial lesson.

The first time I came here to take out, some of the bagels were burnt on top. UPDATE: Fortunately, WoodGrain customer service is excellent, and we got a free batch of bagels to make up for it the next time. Overall the bagels are delicious and I will certainly be coming back! I especially recommend the Jalapeño cream cheese!

Pretty pretty pretty good Best bagels outside of nyc... a lot more expensive than nyc unfortunately I think the cream cheese could been more plentiful but overall very tasty The ingredients in the egg sandwich didn’t really pop, the bagel was solid and was the rock star but I think the bacon or cheese could be a bit more potent. Missing nyc but excited to try more of their options. Very curious about the GF bagels and burrito. Next time... Update- GF bagels and burrito are solid! However they did mess up our phone order and gave us tempeh bacon - and I’m allergic to soy so that wasn’t great.
