Jill's Restaurant And Bistro

My husband and I were really looking forward to experiencing the Monday vegan dinner that I've read about in the comments here. Unfortunately, they do not offer this anymore (due to the pandemic?). Although we were very sad about that and did not know this, we still got to enjoy a great dining experience with good food and wonderful service. They even prepared a small present due to our anniversary that we were celebrating. Would have loved if they also offer vegan appetizers (in addition to more vegan desserts) on the menu, but they were able to split a vegan salad so that my husband and I could eat that as an appetizer. I didn’t realize it’s restaurant week and I asked my honey to find a good restaurant. He picked Jill’s which scores him major points!! Jill’s was amazing in every way, the ambiance, service, drink and food were delicious. We are off of the restaurant menu special. The onion soup was served in a crock and had the perfect amount of onion, broth, bread and cheese. It was so good, we were picking off the cheese from the crock. Salad was delicate and well balanced. We had the gnocchi and the salmon. It was incredible paired with each other. Every bite was delectable and gnocchi was melt in your mouth delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and medium rare in the inside. We had both the desserts AND ordered the better than your mama’s brownie and we ate all of it. It’s so good, I want to come back again before the end of restaurant week. If you’re looking for a great date place and amazing food, run to Jill’s.

We had Jill prepare the food for our wedding & we couldn’t have been happier! The food was beautiful & tasted as amazing as it looked. I highly recommend Jill. We had a small wedding at a local RV Park & we served Chicken Salad Croissants, Veggies with Hummus Dip, Spinach & Artichoke Dip, & Strawberries with Pistachios (a show stopper).

By far the only restaurant that has variety of vegan (and vegetarian) dishes. The food was impeccable, delectable. 'JT' had an incredible customer service and made our dinner even more enjoyable. Honestly I felt like a princess for a while (hehe). For appetizers we (I and my bf) ordered Bruschetta. You could feel the taste of 🍅, spices and olive oil. It felt like it was in right quantity. Next came Boulder burger. The only place that had black beans patty. The burger was so mesmerizing (and messy to eat at the same time), I literally fell in love with the chef (Matt). Then came Spaghetinni Alla Checca. The spaghetti was filled with tomatoes and it looked healthy to eat at same time without being nauseated. If you are a vegan/vegetarian, I would definitely recommend this place. Special shout-out to the chef for making our food so delicious. I couldn't stop from talking about this place even after we left. You guys lightened my day ❤️. I am also thankful to my bae for taking me here. Had we not discovered this place, we would have never had a chance to eat such amazing vegetarian food. We haven't yet tried the vegan buffet at this restaurant but we would love to very soon. Had such a lovely dinner experience here! Our server JT was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and flavors and really made it feel like a fine dining experience. The food was extremely tasty and I bet everything on the menu is fantastic! JT made me a custom drink and it was delicious. I really enjoyed the ambiance too- it’s beautiful and romantic but would also be welcoming for families as well.
