I just shared a wonderful meal with my niece. Our server, Darrian, was incredibly friendly and amiable! My niece had a problem with her salad which he took care of with ease and in such a friendly manner, as well! He also gave us such good recommendations and was a big factor in the enjoyment of our dining experience! Also, the steak was cooked and flavored to perfection. Amazing food and even better service!!

July 3, 2022 a wonderful weather week in Boulder, CO. My wife and I stopped for cocktails at about seven. The place was packed with what looked like very satisfied diners. No food for us today, but I must say the plates of prime rib going by looked very good, and very large! We had our two drinks and decided that we must get back to this place at a later date.

Ordered nachos at the happy hour. They arrived in a huge tower of over-browned chips, lots of beans and sour cream, and a tiny dollop of guacamole on top. All glued together with overcooked cheese. The messiest guacamole to pull apart that I ever encountered. When they asked me about it I said it was pretty light on the guacamole. They offered me a side of guacamole. And they charged me for that also. Not very impressed. The wine was good, thankfully.

Great place for a date night or special occasion. Wasn't impressed with the enchiladas, but loved the crab cake appetizer and mud pie dessert. Great service.

Last night was our first time, but it certainly will not be our last. This is a great steak house that also offers a variety of American dishes if you are not into a steak for the night. Our drinks were brought out promptly and served with complimentary bread and butter. We choose an appetizer while we looked over the menu that was not overwhelming but certainly generous with choices. Our server also provided us with the daily specials multiple times and was very friendly. Food came out hot and prepared to order. It was spectacular! Dishes were cleaned off the table quickly and efficiently as we finished them and we never felt rushed out the door. This is a great place to kick off getting back out into the world with great food, amazing staff and inviting atmosphere.

Stopped for a quick happy hour on our way from Estes Park back to Denver... Parking lot was really full so we weren't sure if the bar would have space but luck would have it 2 spots at the bar. Fun to watch the 2 bartenders whipping up fancy drinks in such a small space! •Margarita (fresh squeezed limes 👍) •Asked for recommendations on a gin based drink - went with the "Aviation" which is floral & fruity 🍸 •White Sangria (passion fruit based) 🍹 All the drinks were fresh, tasty & boozy!! 👍👍

Food taste is fantastic. Service could use a little tweaking. The drinks were strong but not very flavorful. Desserts were on point. However, when it takes over $400 to feed three people, one drink each, Desserts and a decent tip. That's simply far too much. Our bill should have been about ½ what we paid. Would we go back? ... Yes but ONLY with our tax returns in hand, a decent lottery win or a VERY special occasion.

Another great Boulder restaurant! Laid back atmosphere with fine dining quality food. Then prime rib melts in your mouth and the smoked mashed potatoes are interesting but good (maybe a bit too smokey). I definitely recommend the Boulder Cork.
