Ordered a Reese’s blizzard with extra Reese’s. Watched and heard my husband order it like that. They hand it to us and it’s basically vanilla soft serve. So I nicely ask if I can get extra and he tells me there’s already enough in there. I explained that we ordered extra, yet he argues with me. I said she must not have heard us. So then she comes out and also argues! And I think she was a manager! I’m like I’ll pay for it can I just have some more please?! You’re really going to argue with me about candy?! What happened to the customer is always right. Just because you didn’t hear us doesn’t mean we didn’t say it. We ask for ketchup, he hands us 2 packets and slams the window. Completely terrible customer service. We got home and my husband only had a few fries in his basket. Never again.

My daughters birthday Is on July 4th, I called on July 1st to get her cake made every year. I asked for a pink cake/w pink flower. They told me that the cake maker could not make flowers and that they would have the manager call me to negotiate. The manager never called me. I called on July 2 and asked if the cake was still a “go,” I was told someone else said the cake was good to go. I pulled up to drive thru and was charged for a cake then told that I never ordered a cake and that I was basically crazy. My daughter was in the car with me to pick up her birthday cake. She was crying. It was sad, but the worst was them acting like I was crazy and that I never ordered a cake! No more traditional DQ cake for BDays!
