Qdoba Mexican Grill

Very rude folks behind the counter. They did not have lettuce, cheese and guacamole for a veggie bowl, we asked for extra rice in our bowls, the lady was VERY rude and stated - we will charge extra for extra rice. When we mentioned the unavailable veggie items, we get the look on their faces and then they say it is a company policy to charge for extra rice. Could have spoken to us much more gently. We still ended up buying our meals but lost our appetite due to such bad experience.

It was 6PM, and there was quite the dinner rush. I'd safely say there was about 10 people in line, and I was 4th in line. The kitchen staff had 7 members total that I could count up front. 1 person was on the grill, 1 person was on the tortilla station, one person was on the condiments section, one person was at the cash register, while 3 people were socializing behind the register. The customer line kept growing, but there were employees that weren't working, and were not on break. When I got up to to be helped, most of the ingredients looked very old. The person rushed to scoop my protein, but it was nowhere near the normal usual portion amount that I get. As the server was rushing, they rudely informed me that they would have to charge me for extra although the serving that they gave me was very light. When I got home, 4 minutes later, the burrito was lukewarm, and the meat was cold. I will never go to this QDOBA again, as a Restaurant should never have cold food ingredients during prime dinner rush hours!

I went to get my husband a burrito. Workers behind the counter were soooooo RUDE! The young man had started to make the burrito with a torn tortilla. When I asked him for a new tortilla, he “sighed…” begrudgingly started over, there was nobody else in line, he “waited” for the next worker to add the vegetables. She was busy with a to go order. So my order was getting cold! He just stood there smugly and started talking with other coworkers. Got home and my husbands food was cold, burrito was not wrapped tightly so it was falling apart. After about 6 bites he threw out the food and I had to make him something else to eat!!! Plus, the parking lot and restaurant were not clean.

The store opens at 10:30am on Saturdays. We stood at the door until 10:50am. Waiting for 20 minutes past opening time! 5 people were in the back setting the line up when it should have been done before opening AT 10:30am. Someone should have unlocked the door at 10:30 and no one did. They looked at us multiple times and just ignored the line outside. We waited and KNOCKED on the door multiple times before we gave up and left. Unexceptable customer service. Will not be back to this location again.

The staff behind the counter was very rude and they were not interested in asking what sauces I wanted. Then when I asked difference between 2 sauces the staff started laughing and mocking and smirking at us as if we are supposed to know it all. This is the first time I saw such a ridiculous behavior from the staff member. When we asked for tortilla, they said you should have asked for it beforehand. The entire time they were making faces at us. Very disappointed.

I ordered the family taco meal and a quesadilla for pick up online. My husband went in to pick it up and when he got home realized he only had half the order. He drove back to the location and the employees handed him the other half of his order which had been set in a booth around the corner. The employee working the checkout was not aware that there was more to the order. Upon arriving home for the second time we opened out order to discover that the tortilla and the sour cream and queso had all been forgotten. At this point an hour has passed since the original pickup, the food is cold, we are all hungry and frustrated. I tried to call the location and the phone just rings continually.

What a great surprise this place was we were looking for Azteca but we stumbled upon this place first and ask a customer that was going into the restaurant whether it was good she said it was really good she ate there several times a week so we tried it and it is wonderful and we need more of these yeah it's a burrito place but it's so much more I had a steak and shrimp burrito with different choices of sauces I had so many different choices it was overwhelming in that respect, wonderful tasting yum yum yum my wife and I will definitely go back if there's a closer store.
