Chain Bridge

The chain bridge is always so lovely and welcoming to us and our little dog. It was also really fun to see all the Halloween decorations. The food is sublime! Had a cowboy burger that looked like The Perfect Burger, felt and tasted like it too! I also really enjoyed their mocktails, having a tasty and fun alcohol-free option is always a treat. My family and I always end up going back because we know we're going to feel warm, welcomed, and well fed.

I was part of a 17 person, group booking, what was very good was the fact that everyone was served at the same time, both starters and mains. Caroline was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The only negatives were the time between courses and the severe lack of bar staff (only one), causing a longish wait to order food and drinks. The member of staff still managed to deliver a friendly service with a smile, it's such a shame the management (IMO) doesn't have/plan enough staff on at busy times. Food overall a good standard and I will go back, but at a less busy time.

My partner and I had a excellent meal at The Chain Bridge, the staff Louise, Sue & Rachael were wonderful, we were greeted, seated and fed well, the table was cleaned prior to us being seated, my partner noticed that a new cleaning cloth was used on our table which was nice. The food was fresh hot and a good portion size, the team were friendly, professional and attentive. We also noted how clean the place was and there wasn't any smell of cooking in the air, a big Thank you to the kitchen staff for the very enjoyable meal.

Sue and Bernice served me and my partner. The food was very nice and good portion sizes. We didn't leave on an empty belly that's for sure. The burgers we had were nice maybe a little to well done on toasting the burger bun but over all great food. The rocky road sundae was very delightful. Overall ... If Carlsberg did feedback they would recommend this establishment 100%

Popped in to chain bridge tonight for a bite to eat, had the rib starter, margarita pizza, and spicy chicken pizza. Must say the food was spot on. It is a wood fired pizza, and the taste was one of the best we have had for a long time. So will be going back soon. Thank you, too, Ryan the chef for great food, and Ann, the manager for a great atmosphere.

Finally found a place that serves food as good as I used to have it in Wales! We had the chicken in buttermilk as starters and it was wow! Not to talk about my large portion of beef lasagne and garlic bread for quite a good price too. My partner loved his ultimate beef burger (he couldn't finish it 😂). I saw a play area outside (so definitely kids friendly). I'm definitely coming back!
