Dunks is always great and still got good prices and the menu gets bigger and bigger everyday, pretty soon you'll be able to get an order of baked potato skins with sour cream while waiting for your coffee

Some people better stay home if they are having a bad day. And when you work with people, it is even more important. The service here is usually terrific. But what I got last visit was one big bad attitude. Hopefully it was a one time thing...

WORST Dunkin’ donut branch ever in terms of service; staff are horrible. I have visited multiple times and each time I think the service can’t get worse than this, but they surprise me with an even worse service the next time. Horrible horrible horrible experience.

If solid DD experience is 3 star, this place deserves 4.
The food is the same as every other DD, so it really doesn't come into play too much RE:rating unless its lowering stars. Here the sandwiches come out hot, cheese melted, etc. As they should be. Coffee rarely tastes burnt, also as it should be.
The extra star is for the employees here, who work quickly to move the line along. This DD is in Kenmore Square, so its rarely empty. And yet the line moves faster than in other less-busy DDs. And that's all I can ask for, really.
