Dunkin'

I have been here a few times, each and every time the employees are extremely rude. and everytime they get my order wrong because they are clearly not listening, when i try to get what i asked for many times (i repeat myself and they still get it wrong) they say well that’s what you asked for, when i didn’t. RUDE AND UNWILLING TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES!!

One of the most unprofessional DD I’ve ever been too . Ghetto as ever . I said excuse me miss while I was waiting in a long line , staff then turns around and says you talking to me and rolls her eyes with all The attitude in the world . Soon as I seen how the cashier was taking orders and I asked the young lady about restroom and she was mad idk why but nothing to do with me. Dd supposed to be friendly place specially when ppl start their day off in there . Cooperate office needs to take a trip there and see what kind of folks is representing DD And while you’re at it go To American legion highway DD and fix the same problem

I come to this dunkin just about every weekday for my breakfast and morning coffee. Today however I got an extra little surprise in my food, the plastic they have between each ingredient in the freezer. The plastic you see me holding was on my cheese still. Because of how poorly they put together the sandwich, I had to rearrange everything once I got to work, which is when I noticed the plastic square in my sandwich.
