Food is great, speed is also good. I rate this location 4 star because the employees here did not smile or interact with clients that came into the shop or even myself who was being super friendly however I can see that they have passion for their work and they work hard to get orders out fast. One thing I have been used to from pizza shops is that they show you the finished product which they did not do but instead gave you a box without validating with the client that their creation was created correctly.
It's pizza from a chain store, so I can't really give it 5 stars. The pizza itself is ok, exactly what you'd expect from a Papa John's, employees are usually nice, and if you call your order ahead it's always done by the time they say it'll be done.
Delivery is a no go. Their delivery service is horrible. However, I use to live just 2 blocks away. Their walk-in service is awesome. They once even comped me a pizza because they took too long while I was waiting in the store.
They put a message on the box lid for a friend of mine. Delivery took less than 30 mins. Delivered to an office building. Real smooth transaction.

If you can bear waiting on the Papa Johns line then you're golden. The guys that work there are great, and very helpful.
Very near to Northeastern university, I got a pan pizza for 11$ and it was nice. U have options for 5 toppings.
