Perfect location with a nice historic view! This coffee shop is not so crowded in comparison to other ones...also, in the vicinity of major shopping sites. Friendly staff and plenty space inside the cafe.

It's directly on the Freedom Trail, and just a bit short of halfway - a great stop if your touring of Boston began early. The inside has a reasonable amount of seating for being such a prime location.

At the end of the day it's a Starbucks. With longer lines I would expect faster service, 10 minute wait one morning; it could be because of their order ahead option.
