Been buying Vietnamese rolls here for over two years. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but they are always nice and always have great quality bread baked fresh.
THE best Vietnamese beef stew (bò kho) I've ever had. Highly recommend. Most definitely will be stopping by often.
No indoor seating unfortunately.
Dude let's go. This cash only bakery slings fire fire bahn mi sandwiches for 5 dollars. Small but sweet selection of sandwiches. I got a cold cut and a cha siu pork- both fire. They come in "spicy or no spicy," meaning this green pepper they add and cilantro; some people feel some type of way about cilantro-I like me the spicy. Also, get there before 3 pm.
It’s just like u’re getting the mini baguettes in Paris. Stay fresh and crispy for all day, for next day just a few seconds put in bake in the toaster it’s like it comes alive again 🤭 of course I mean it’s fresh and crispy again👍🏻. Also there are variety delicious VN.cold cuts and sausage for making the Vietnamese sub ( bánh mì).Store is clean, staff are courteous. Good place to get your good meal for a day😋
Great place to buy bánh mì, the baguette taste great with different fillings. They do not have a lot of options for food but good place to get food.
This is the BEST Vietnamese Banh Mi I have had. For 5 years, we have stopped by the store every weeks and the staffs are always gorgeous. My favorite order is Beef Banh Mi, which brings me the best value and quality. My American and Vietnamese families like it a lot. We also order about 10 breads per week and eat throughout the week ( For your reference - 50 cents per bread). You just need to put eggs and cucumber, it will become a Breakfast sandwich. Make sure to close the bag tight to keep Banh Mi fresh throughout the week. It's so convenient for those people that are busy like me, who have to leave early every morning but also have to have early, quick and easy breakfast.
The bread is delivery daily, the oriental-style subs are inexpensive at 4.65, and You can pretty much get a combination of any of the meats, shredded veggies and condiments and oils you wish for them to put together on it. The only bad thing is there's only two tables and pretty much no parking, however, the food is great...
I stopped on a whim at 7 a.m. and got the only thing ready on the counter - what I learned later is Vietnamese honeycomb cake. It was still warm, and it was amazing. It's hard to describe: not really cake, not a muffin, and not vanilla pudding; but some kind of combination of all three. I'm in love.
Great customer service! Asked them to "deconstruct" my order, of 20 banh mi- without hesitation. They even gave me extra butter for free!
Definitely will be back!
Thanks Chau Bakery!
Love this place fresh French bread, very close to real Parisian baguette. The Bahn Mi sandwich is the best in the city.
