Rabottini’s Pizza

A very high quality pizza “pop-up” on Western Ave. As a native NYer I thought the pizza was pretty excellent and had a terrific sauce. Plus they always source from local farms for their produce, which is never a bad thing! Only caveat I had was that the wait was particularly long, but really appreciated them being honest about it up front. Unfortunately Rabottinis is currently closed as they find a new place to locate in 2019. I definitely look forward to their new location and their awesome pizza!

Best pizza in town. I have been eating this pizza at least three times a week for the last six months, some times all night long and it just gets better with every bite. The signature pies are the best, especially the vegetarian ones. The mushrooms pie has the perfect ratio of toppings for enhanced fungosity. Whether you eat it fresh out of the oven, cold out of the fridge, reheated or funky after sitting for several days in the pizza box, this is pizza that will never disappoint.

BEST PIZZA IN BOSTON! I mean this is the kind of pizza you write home about. The kind of pizza that can put Boston on the US pizza map. Fermented pizza dough is so flavorful and they put just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The crust has crunch but still has that chew. Rabottini’s takes the tangy sourdough flavor of Area 4’s pizza in Kendall Sq. and combines it with that classic square slice a la Pinocchio’s in Harvard Sq. And they do it all better! Love the sausage and peppers pizza. Cannot wait to hear about their future permanent location. Am going to tell all my friends they have to go!

Rarely do you find a restaurant that is so dedicated to quality and service as Rabottini’s is. The attention to detail of the dough is spectacular, and Dan Roberts’ experience in dough making shines through. The sausage and pepper pizza is the all-star of the menu, and the peppers verge on life changing. It’s exciting to see what Rabottini’s will do next, as their location in Allston is temporary. This is bucket list pizza for sure- really really fantastic crust and the cheese is beyond amazing. Everything about this pizza is perfection. This is obviously the result of years of experience and incredible talent. Anyone who doesn’t think this place rates a five plus is crazy. If I could give it ten stars I would.

Rabottini's has the best pizza in Boston because of the ingredients they use. Everything is fresh or locally sourced from the dough to the toppings. When you bite into a slice you can feel how much TLC they're putting in. The dough is made from scratch, the tomato sauce has chunks of real tomato in it and the cheese is real mozzarella. It's around $26 for a pie but it's absolutely worth all of it . Look at that photo I uploaded! You don't see that in Boston! Best pizza in Boston.
