Stopped during a rainy afternoon for a soft serve. Got a medium soft vanilla with sprinkles in a dish. Was the only person in line and had a simple order so no complaints. Online reviews made me a little hesitant, but if you come during a slow time, you should have a fine experience. The woman at the register was nice enough, wasn’t overly friendly but didn’t come off as rude.
Just a heads up, minimum spend of $10 on a credit card otherwise they charge an additional $1 fee

the server was very nice and professional.
Was dropping a friend off at the airport and really craving ice cream so we looked up places nearby. Was a little concerned because Boston Ice Cream Factory had 2.5 stars but it was the only place open so we went. Turns out Yelp was wrong and they were actually closed (got there at 11:45 and they didn’t open until 12:00). A very nice man opened the window and helped us anyway which was very sweet. And the ice cream, OMG the ice cream was SO GOOD!!!!! It looks like most of the reviews for this place are low because of customer service so I hope the bad employees get replaced by better ones because we probably would have gone somewhere else based on reviews alone had other places been listed as open.
They have a good variety of flavor. I love the fact that the ice cream has a certain creamy texture: not runny, not too soft but got its thickness yet light taste to it. I love the coconut and durian together (if you're up for it)

I was offered a gift certificate from nift to visit here,so I ordered a strawberry and banana ccakefor my mom birthday and it was fresh tasting and really tasty 😋. The customer service was good also,when I called to order and picked it up
