Pizza Hut

I'm only giving them one star because you have to give a rating, but I'd give them zero stars if I could. We waited for our pizza for almost 2 hours, and having called twice and got no answer, and after reading previous reviews about pizza from here never turning up, we decided to just order from Domino's. Luckily, before placing that order the Pizza Hut one finally turned up. When I asked why the pizza was late and why nobody had picked up the phone, the delivery driver was nonchalant and quite frankly rude. He said something vague about them being too busy to pick up the phone. I said, well, this pizza is super late. And he said, so you don't want it anymore then? Are you kidding me, dude? To top it all, the pizza was cold and tasted of nothing. Way to go, Pizza Hut. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from you guys again.

This is really unbelievable. I was contacted by a so called area manager. And all he said was that the locatiion is working on hiring people? Are you serious? Why would there be an option of delivery if nobody works thwre to deliver? Isnt that false advertisements? Why would pizza hut allow somebody to take about 15 minutes puttinf in a order and waiting to then be called that your order is cancellws due to pizza huts irresponsiblilty to hire people? No wonder so many are closing. Its as if my bad experience doesnt matter and you dont want me as a customer. There are tons of pizza businesses that actually hire people to deliver and dont falsly advertise a delivery service that doesnt exist. I will write this review on yelp and every other review site i know of. Thank you for nothing.

I rarely order from here but every time I try to I remember why. So I was trying to order from the Hyde Park location but online has deals that you can’t get by simply calling to order. I started an order around 9:15. With all the hassle of visa checkout after jumping through the loops of Pizza Hut advertising a 7.99 two topping deal but charging an extra $7.99 my order was complete. Only for the site to say the store was closed at 9:50 when the store in fact closed at 10pm. I was furious and called the store only to not be able to be connected to a person. Now my three kids are going to bed hungry. Thanks a lot Pizza Hut! NEVER AGAIN. Very unprofessional

The little individual pizzas at the Pizza Hut Express are a guilty pleasure, so I assumed the pizza at a regular Pizza Hut would be the same. Wrong! I ordered online, which was fine, but had issues when I tried to call to add breadsticks. For over ten minutes, I couldn't reach anyone and ended up placing a second online order. I shouldn't have wasted my time. The pizza was gross and the breadsticks were overdone. Never again.

The pizza hut in Natick use to be great especially at their other location Rt.9 east. When they moved to Rt. 9 westbound it's like everything went south. I love in Framingham and if I want pizza hut I will go to Worcester. Got tired of them taking my money for something they knew wasn't right. Staff is nice but the way they make the pizza is 100% not the norm for pizza hut. Bubbles with no cheese or just cried sauce. They don't even cover the whole pizza with cheese and sauce. There bread was terrific but now it's just.... They actually have me a burnt pizza before. I took pics. Simply put, NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE. So much so I travel to worcester. Does that day enough. Good afternoon it is 5/27/2018, I am from new york and staying in boston for the weekend. On our way home (sister in law place) last night just wanted a pizza so ordered a large pie from this pizza hut. I went in and left my wallet on the counter at the store not realizing it. The pizza was ok, When i went back today to pick up my wallet. Money was missing and it was not like a $20, it was $100 bill and some singles. I am very happy to get my wallet back but come on really to know my wallet was left on your counter and take money out like that. I even told my wife on the drive there I will give them money just for keeping it safe at least $40. It just goes to show that maybe pizza hut is not paying their employees enough they have to rely on stealing money for customer when leaving their wallet. Also see other review below with customer and ordering a cookie and not getting it and not getting a refund. Make sure you stay away from a location like this that conducts business in a way that consumers have to worry about getting the product and service they are getting.
