The new Apple oat milk iced latte is AMAZING (I drank an entire Grande in under four minutes! Yes, it's sweet. You can use an alternative milk and ask for less syrup.). I can't complain about the service here. They are always willing to go the extra mile.

This particular Starbucks was closed for renovations for a while they are open now in the front part of Starbucks is smaller now and it gives more room for the Baristas to work behind the counter which is good thing since this location is inside on the 1st flr of the hospital I haven't had an issue with Starbucks except for when I went to California at San Gabriel Sheraton Hotel they have a Starbucks inside u could also enter on the outside on the main street but they was always out of stock for everything at various times of day

I love this Starbucks!!!!! I go once a week. The only issue that I have is that when they are hosting the 2 for 1 and are inundated with a lot of orders they should turn off the mobile ordering because I waited for 30 minutes two weeks ago for the Happy Hour. The people that walked in got their orders faster than the 40 people, me included, that was waiting who ordered online. I noticed that there is one guy that works there that is very slow. That is not good when the other workers moving more faster than him. To me as a customer that doesn't look good. Other than that the staff is always pleasant and they are awesome. I just wish they had a bigger space.

Order ahead if you are picking up something before work or during lunch. If you don't, you will definitely have to wait a while. The workers there are super friendly and my orders have been consistently correct.

Great Baristas, very efficient, quickly get the orders out & they get to know your name & order after being a repeat customer after just a couple of days. I'm staying at the Boston Children's Hospital w my daughter, and this is a nice walk, but not too far. Their lattes are utter perfection! They got to be the highlight of my day.

Great place located right by the entrance to the hospital with some outdoor seating but limited inside seating. Food and drinks are good and they have wireless cell phone charging built into the few barstool style seating areas with adapters if your phone doesn't natively support wireless charging. The line can be quite long at times though so make sure to leave extra time if going before an appointment.

I gave this location 4/5 stars because it's poorly set up and very cramped. Don't get me wrong, the concept is good and if you were immediately leaving through the side door, located at the back of the restaurant, it's fine. It's cramped otherwise, especially of you are turning around to go back to the "bar" to get straws, napkins, sprinkle on add ins etc, then exiting back into the hospital or through the Binny St. entrance. As a wheelchair user, it's just extra tight, but people are kind and polite and will gladly step aside with a polite "excuse me." I also have it a 4/5 because I've visited this location multiple times over the 6 years I've lived in Boston and have been affiliated with the BI. About half the time I go in there they seem to be out of my 1st and often second choices of what I'm looking for. Occasionally they've been out of everything I've wanted and I've left empty handed. Mind you this could be their tiny footprint and extremely busy LMA location, but frustrating nonetheless.

This is often a busy store, with hospital staff, patient family members, and random people all wanting caffeine and snacks. Still, the battery baristas do a good job of keeping the line moving and the service is good. There's no seating in the cafe itself, but plenty just inside the hospital or outdoors. Likewise, there's no Starbucks-specific restroom, but there are facilities in the hospital that you can use. The cafe has a door to the outside and a door to the hospital lobby, so it's very convenient. (Try not to use the outside door in very cold weather, because it tends to make a terrible draught.)
