Ben & Jerry's - Boston - Photo album

The staff here were wonderful. We were only in town for one day, so tried to make the most of it. After asking about dairy free options we were directed to a few flavours, I actually thought they would not have any. So this was a nice suprise. As it was one of the parties birthday they received a fr
Came in here late afternoon on a Sunday and the server working the counter was incredible. Friendly, accommodating to our toddlers very specific request of an M&M face on his small chocolate ice cream. Took 2 seconds of their time, but made him so happy. Thanks for the extra effort. ❤️
Tried a cookie cookie shake 🍪🥛 Did not disappoint! Very smooth, and creamy but not too sweet! Love some Ben and Jerry's ice cream!
Ice cream was good. Prices were bad. Almost $9 for the smallest large ice cream ever. It cured my craving for sugar... but not worth the money at all.
What's not to love about Ben & Jerry's? The staff was charming. It was a nice place to escape the heat of Boston in the summer for a few minutes and cool from the inside out.
Too small, hard to even be in line with door opening. Only place for 6-8 people. Line, but ghree employees did great job
Highly recommend, I like it 👏🏽
I'm pretty sure the woman that was working here the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend during the approximate lunch shift is an angel. The place was pretty busy, there were foreign tourists who didn't understand the point of sale system and the transaction, families with impatient and excited kids, grum
Great ice cream selections, friendly service
Great customer service and delicious ice cream. A little pricey but I expected that since this is Ben & Jerry’s. Definitely a better location than the one in Faneuil Hall.
Good service. Friendly and the ice cream was spot on.
Ben and Jerry's is a New England staple. This store front does not disappoint. Just bear in mind, the ice cream is the same as what you can buy in the grocery... just out of a 5 gallon tub.
The ice-cream was delicious! The atmosphere was fun and light hearted. There was a old man with his dog which was very cute and a guy trying to fix the door and just eat samples. Was overall a very fun experience.
Got the Coconut Almond Fudge Chip vegan ice cream and it was great.
Very few Ben and Jerry's around Boston, but even so, the service and the quality of the ice cream are still exceptional. Can be pricey. Paid $7 for cone with 2 scoops. Personally, worth it.
