One of the better Boston bars during my trip. Went for the impossible burger, hard to find in the area. It was fantastic along with the regular burger. Selection and prices were good. Low key, staff not pushy.
Great bar, even better food. I never would have guessed that this place could perfectly cook chicken, but wow they certainly can. I highly recommend the wings and the chicken nachos. The kitchen closes at 11, but if you go after that, the bartenders are awesome. So good that we were in town for three nights and came back every night.
I walked by this place Sunday, I heard the Grammy award winning song Smooth by Santana feat Rob Thomas playing out through the window. Instant attraction.
Met the bartender Brett. Fabulous guy. Kept me entertained all morning. Has the flair and the looks.
Food was a 10/10 you need to try the falafel bites, immaculate.
Will be back next time I am around Boston!
We came for an early dinner before a comedy show and the service was a bit slow because they only had one server BUT the food and drinks here are great! Love the atmosphere too. The fries here are stellar and the sangria is my favorite
Stopped in here before a comedy show. Really good vibe in the place, it was pretty busy so service was a bit slow BUT you could tell they were working and trying to keep up. Everyone was super friendly there. For food, I'm only rating what we had which were just two basic apps and beers. People who got meals looked like they really enjoyed it..but to be fair I just didn't eat much. I'll certainly go back and try more though, nothing would stop me. Bonus : Bathrooms were pretty clean too!
Food is AMAZING!! I had the PB&J burger and truffle fries. I was sceptical about the PB&J, but it was probably the best burger & fries I've ever had! This place looks like a little hole in the wall (literally), but you won't be disappointed. The staff is super friendly, the food is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is laid-back, the music gets you moving in your seat! We will definitely be going back!
The burger was good, it wasn't great. The service was really slow and I think that is part of the lack of ability to hire people right now, not necessarily a reflection of the restaurant. Nice place to go before a show, not crazy expensive for the theater district.
One of the best burgers i´ve ever had. Even more exciting as I had little expectations. The restaurant I originally tried to visit didn´t have a table left and we had to look for an alternative.
I stopped in here after my flight came in late in the evening. The bartenders and staff were super nice and friendly and just great to chat with. The patrons were also very friendly and helpful to tourists looking for advice or places to go. My drinks were reasonably priced and good and the overall atmosphere was divey, which I absolutely enjoyed. They also had a touchtunes machine! I will definitely come back the next time I’m in Boston!
Just a heads up, it can be a bit challenging to find the door if you're blind like me! It's a red door, but i still walked right past it somehow - it adds to the experiences of going to the "4th wall!" I got the poke nachos, they are the dish in the picture. So good!!! I also got a couple of beers, everyone was very nice.
