This store was very friendly and clean. They were helpful in decision making for me (a non-coffee drinker) and even helped honor my friends birthday after he missed the app notification by a day. Thank you so much guys.

I go to this starbucks everyday to grab a coffee before work and just wanted to give Evan massive praise for his customer service. He is such a nice guy and always greets me. The overall staff that runs with the mobile orders is great as well as they have hundreds of mobile orders ready to go in an organized fashion.

There are a few people that work here who are fantastic, but a select few who are not. I came in once for a mobile order and had to interrupt the girl from her gossip session to ask her for my mobile order during a double star day morning. They also don't believe in the concept of "light ice" in any shape or form. Love that the ones that are good remember my name so I can pick up my mobile order quickly.

A small amd very crowded Starbucks at Berkley and Boylston. Outside seating only, I suggest you call your order in or do it online makes for a quick pickup.

I like this place. They're always busy but usually quick.
However, there is always a bad apple. The guy who charged me is just lame! He had a pony tail and he looks like he wears make up on his eyes. He's always sad and looks annoyed to be there. He kind of ruins it for me
