I was visiting frequently before my dad was transferred to a hospice center. I wish I could remember the cashier’s name who helped me. She was always SO KIND and put a huge smile on my face, having no idea what I was going through. The rest of the staff is great too. The food always came out quickly
So happy with Panera at BIDMC! It’s great to have a late night food option for staff. They are always super nice and always work efficiently. Wait times are very quick. Everybody is raving about it being there here and the sip club is great :)
Ventilation should be a bit better.
I went in to pick up a drink and came out smelling like a deep fryer.

They are running efficiently and smoothly, even on their first day open! My lunch was ready in five minutes.
