Another Panera owed my a refund. I could not get them to refund me or provide food. "Long Story". The good news is I am sitting in this Panera and Lindsay honored my order. Thanks to her. I enjoy the food here and the free wifi. Now I get to continue enjoying both thanks to Lindsay.

I was visiting frequently before my dad was transferred to a hospice center. I wish I could remember the cashier’s name who helped me. She was always SO KIND and put a huge smile on my face, having no idea what I was going through. The rest of the staff is great too. The food always came out quickly and it was delicious.

So happy with Panera at BIDMC! It’s great to have a late night food option for staff. They are always super nice and always work efficiently. Wait times are very quick. Everybody is raving about it being there here and the sip club is great :)

Ventilation should be a bit better. I went in to pick up a drink and came out smelling like a deep fryer.

This cafe is really nice and clean and the service is great I work nights and I’m so glad that you guys are open with great customer service especially from worker Tekia I hope I spelled her name right she always giving a nice smile and is also a great help to the customer she takes her time and she makes u feel the Panera love..
