Sebastian's Cafe

In this area of the world I have a lot of choices on where to spend my lunch money. I'm happy to say I usually spend it at Sebastian's Cafe! Until today I had 2 main reasons for this happiness: 1) Providing healthful, fresh food at a reasonable price. 2) Hiring people who are cheerful and helpful (including those who helped me today as well as those I see every time I eat there) Today I added a third: taking care of me after a little incident--even though they had no idea whether I was a one-time customer or someone who spends thousands with them. Let's face it, we all make mistakes from time to time. Today it was Sebastian's turn; they messed up my order for the first time after at least 30 meals. How a company reacts to a mistake is what defines their business. After realizing my order was filled incorrectly, I sent a note requesting a refund and explaining my situation--this was at 12:21. At 12:33 I had an apology and an offer to refund my money AND to send a replacement meal. At 1:12 a second email informed me that my refund would be processed today. Way to go Sebastian's Cafe, you are great!
