Just found these things at my local Hannaford (Rockland, Maine). Never heard of them before...what a shame. I just smoked two packs of the Sweet Italian over some cherry wood. I gotta tell ya, it's the best sausage I've ever had!
Excellent sausage and every time I am home from the military I make it a point to have a few. I wish there was a place to order the sausage that would ship out of state. I need a taste of home every now and then..........
Great sausage to grab after a Sox game for the walk home. The roll was soft and fresh, the peppers and onions were perfectly cooked. The sausage is juicy, and spiced right, cooked perfectly. My fiancé and I stop here after every Sox game and split a sausage loaded with peppers and onions. They take cash and card. The employees are always friendly to us and ask us how we are doing. Great stand!

Holy cow! This morning I was JUST talking about a dinner I made that was absolutely perfect! Homemade Sunday gravy with my meatballs. But I used YOUR sausage... a HIT! And then I see you on I195!!! So cool! Being a Jersey girl and new to the area, I wasn't aware of the sandwich. But I certainly know my Italian sausage! And yours are PERFECT! Especially the hot! Yeah, a little bit pricey… But this guy is out there serving the best sausage sandwiches I've ever tasted! A bit over seasoned and salty. Great meat quality and right amount of fat. I'm a NYer so I'm thinking this might be how Boston Italians like their sausage. I would have went with 5 stars if the sausage was alittle less salty.
These are by far the BEST sausages ever would definitely recommend. They are so delicious I would eat them every night if I could. They are perfect for cookouts and work great at 4th of July party’s
Bread is super-fresh...that is usually the biggest problem with sausage carts in or outside of Fenway. Person working has always been great.
Just bought bourbon pork sausages at grocery store...these are the best. Taste organic and like no hormones. R.E.A.L. food!
