Big fan of their new jalapeño ranch chicken wrap!! Might be replacing the bootlegger as my top choice. In addition to their sandwiches and wraps another highlight is their jalapeño chips, big fan and great crushed up in any sandwich for a bit of a kick. I typically get Jimmy John’s delivered, but I went to the store to pick up for the first time in a while and service was just as fast. There was a unique smell when I walked in that bothered me a bit but otherwise place was clean and there was no line. May stick with their ‘freaky fast’ delivery, but either way I’d highly recommend

Had a good experience here. They need more Jimmy Johns locations as they are on of the better sandwich shops. Ingredients, meat is always great. Good job.

Jimmy John's in Boston has that bustling energy of the city. Grabbed a Pepe sandwich last time, and the freshness of the bread was unparalleled. Amidst the swift service, the staff still had a moment to share a smile. It’s the quick bite of comfort amidst the urban rush.

Went here during the PAX East convention, and to have Jimmy John's as an option is really refreshing. I have heard nothing but great things and to finally try it makes me not want to consider any other sandwich shop for my sandwiches. Only wish is that I was up in Boston more than once a year

The customer service was good. The guy who made my hunter sandwich was very friendly & helpful. The price was good. Affordable.

Evidently all subs come with mayo, even if it says Dijon (had both). Got it remade. Signage does not say it. Staff is hard working, but not very personable. Mediocre sandwich.
