Henry and Leo in the Proger Building were cleaning the shop so well and recommending the best donuts (my favorites are glazed blueberry and strawberry sprinkled ones)! I ordered the caramel craze iced signature latte, and they made it perfectly with not too much sugar and light whip cream exactly how I asked :) I bought more donut holes because they smiled so welcomely and put all customers in such a happy mood. They’re truly such diligent workers so huge shout out because their excellent service made my night, and they 100% deserve a raise.

The staff at ALL Dunks work hard for very little thanks. As far as Im concerned if I have to wait for 10 minutes to get served so be it. They are my heros making my jilt of Java!

Love to use the dunkin app for easy pick ups! Always see friendly and cheerful faces here even though you see glimpses of the employees tiredness. Good job guys, keep it Dunkin it up!

Cashier was great, the woman whobdid the drinks was wasteful. She did do a good job with the drinks but her attitude felt annoyed.

It's a Dunkin'. This location is inside Tufts Medical Center - there is no exterior signage. Go in the main entrance, go up the stairs to the left when you pass the info desk, turn left again when you see the elevators and you'll spot the Dunkin sign.

I have no problems with this location. Friendly workers, clean, and always stocked properly. It is in an area where the professional world meets homeless drug addict all over the place but they do not bother you for the most part.

This is one of my favorite Dunks! I always get my orders the way I ask for them & they always taste good! I always get a coffee roll & I hardly ever have had a complaint about those either!

I went to the Dunks in Chinatown on corner of Washington St & Essex St. It's a mixed crowd, working ppl & the ppl from the streets asking for $ but the staff is GREAT! So nice & some are singing along w radio. Nice way to start ur day! *WHY NO MORE BAVARIAN CREME DONUTS? NOT JUST HERE. IT WAS MY FAVORITE & NOW I DON'T GET DOUGH NUTS ANYMORE😔
