Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Wow! Was the lunch service fast. It was so efficient that I managed to leave the store in less than 10 minutes and I had about 3-4 people in line in front of me just to order the food. Excellent efficiency to the employees, they should be proud. Access to the restaurant can be a bit tricky, as Popeye's is set in what almost seems to be the backside of an apartment building. The restaurant itself is facing a less busy (but still well traveled) Brookline Avenue when compared to the adjacent Beacon Street on the other side of the building. The restaurant is situated down two flights of stairs. The dining area is small and efficient, not meant to stay for long periods of time, but with such fast service, the atmosphere tends to lend itself to something akin to a more casual establishment. Food is cheap, and plentiful. I wouldn't come here if you have a concern about common allergens. Kudos to the fast service, though!

Great place to eat just round the corner from the ball park. Luckily it wasn't a game day when came here as there isn't much seating available and not a lot of room inside. The service was quick and the food was yummy and great value. The only downside was on the two occasions we visited the disabled elevator down was broken so it's a bit of pain getting down the steps.
