Tried this place out for the first time on a Saturday evening since I was in the neighborhood and saw it had good reviews. There was no wait. I went with my 2 children. They sat us upstairs near the bar, window seats. I would've preferred to sit in the main dining floor since I was with children though. Since it was my first time I didn't know. The bar was cool, with big TV screens but with adults using adult language. Besides that I ordered the clam chowder and Honey Salmon and I was very impressed! My kids had a burger and mac and cheese and they both approved. They even said they would want to go back, so that's a good thing! I definitely would go back and recommend.
First timer. Went to eat here with my big kids because it was close to our hotel. The atmosphere was ok. My waitress was nice. The food was pretty good. When it came time to pay the staff told me the internet went out (ATM included) and they don't when it would turn back on. I had to write my card information down on a paper and hoped nobody else would get it. The entire night I was so nervous about. It took about 4 hours before my card finally got charged. It's been a few days and nothing suspicious has happened to my account. I replaced it just in case tho. If I was back I'm Boston, I would probably return to this restaurant, minus the kids.
Very affordable prices. Food is pretty good with reasonable portions. Great atmosphere with low noise levels for noon on a Sunday. Recommends for a hangout to catch up as conversations can be held without having to scream across the table at each other.
That place is really great. Service is amazing and the food... Just wow. We had a room at an hotel close and went to that place 2 times. Each time the food was excellent. The NY Surloin, the Grilled Salmon, the Bruchetta... Everything was really tasty and well presented. I totally recommend to try the place! AAA+++
Our first time at Dorset Hall, and we'll be back for sure. She had the chicken sandwich and I had the salmon. Both were very good. There are 2 bars, one on each level. This restaurant is deceptively large. Lots of football games on TV as this was a Saturday night. Great service.
Great sports bar atmosphere with plenty of tv's and friendly service. The food is really good. My favorites are the Beef Skewers, Fish and Chips and Asian Salman Salad.
The portions and the food are always consistently good. I love the short rib grilled cheese... no peppers or onion.
The music can be a hit or miss, but overall, it's a great spot.
Nice portions could have been hotter. I had the fish and chips, my grandson and his gf had the chicken Parmesan. My daughter had the fish and chips as well. My granddaughter had the Dorset burger. They were all ok.
One of the nicest restaurant experiences I’ve had in a while. Service was prompt, the building was clean, and music choice was spectacular. The menu has quite the choice of food - something for everyone.
Where do I began! I'm a foodie and I've never given a place 5 stars until now. Dorset Hall was the best dining experience I've ever had. The decor, atmosphere, drinks,food, location, and service was A+. Did I mention it was affordable.Each person in our party ordered something different and neither of us were disappointed. I would hands down come back just for the shrimp and grits! The French toast stuffed with mascarpone cheese was delicious. The chicken tenders were moist and juicy! I truly have nothing bad to say. I'll definitely share my experience with all my friends and family. You have to try this place at least once. I guarantee you'll be hooked!!!
