I enjoyed my experience at 753 South. When I arrived to see the interior, it looked very cramped but the outdoor seating area was much more spacious. The heat lamps and overhead string lights were a great add for the season (this was early summer).
My servers was prompt and very welcoming. She gave her honest opinion on our drink selection when asked. The food was flavorful and presented well. I will definitely return during my next visit to the city.
After years of saying I wanted to try this place I was finally able to 2 weeks ago. I'm so mad at myself for waiting so long because everything was so good. We went pretty late on a weeknight and they were still accommodating. Everyone was friendly and the service was quick. We ordered the polenta goat cheese twinky,wings,surf & turf,steak tips (both steaks were made the exact way we asked them to be). We also ordered the bread pudding to go as it was late and we didn't want the staff to stay late just for us. Everything was extremely tasty. I also ordered a few drinks and while they tasted really good they weren't my favorite. We had such a great experience my husband took some of his employees there a week later and had the same stellar experience. Can't wait to return.
Amazing food, but service was lacking. Our server rushed us through ordering drinks, food, and asking if we wanted dessert or our check. No check in to see if we needed anything else with our dishes. Just no personable connection.
We sat at the bar and had drinks while we waited for our food. Atmosphere is pleasant, great bar service and food is always delicious. I keep coming back for chicken under a brick and have several friends who are now love it.

Just enjoyed a tasty meal of tomato soup (texture and flavor was on point) and grilled cheese for him and fried fish tacos for me! Yum yum yum I loved the strawberry shortcake for dessert too.
The staff was great! They are friendly and attentive.We were seated rather quickly even though we thought it might be a 30 min wait!

Serving oyster po boys just the way I like them - with a cornmeal batter! The menu here is excellent! I had a hard time deciding what to order with all the delicious choices! The patio is such a wonderful treat as well! Listing to their summer weekly offering of live music - Miriam tonight!!
One of THE BEST restaurants I’ve ever been to, period. The back patio is adorable, and the food was to die for. All 7 of us got something different, and we were all highly impressed. Our server Maria was super sweet and helpful, overall an excellent experience!!! Will be back for sure.
