Placed a mobile order here in April 2022 - after I left I had apparently forgotten one of my bags with a donut and the store manager ran out of the store and around the corner to where my car was parked to hand it to me. Just an incredible level of customer service!

The service was great. For some reason the machine couldn't scan my app, so they started my order while I proceeded to put it in as a mobile order. Accommodating and kind.

I just want to say that they have the best manager and employees in this location. I went twice to this location and both experiences were amazing. This morning it was the manager who took my order he knows exactly what he is doing . When I needed time to find my debit car he was so patient and nice with me he helped me out I really recommend going there

This is my favorite Dunkin'. I have a bit of a iced coffee problem in this place solves that temporarily almost every day when I'm in the area. The staff and managers alike are kind and compared to other dunkins' in the area pretty quick. I find it's always good to tip your Dunkin staff every once in awhile, and it's even nicer to see a smile on their face when you do. This store can get incredibly busy so ordering ahead always helps with the app, but even still they're far faster than most other stores in the city so if you don't get a chance once you get up to the counter it's not a long wait.

Whenever a conference happens, there are long lines that stretch outside of the shop and it takes a while for orders to process. Whenever there isn't a big line, service is very fast and the food tastes good as well as the coffee. I would recommend going elsewhere to avoid big lines

The employee Jeanette is very helpful and honest. Wasn't sure what drink I wanted and she recommended the best one for me. She was really nice and didn't get annoyed with me or rush me when I was trying to order. Next time I go back I hope she takes my order again.

I didn't check to see if I could use the bathroom, but I did get an order of four drinks and two wraps and was out of the door super fast.
Even with some confusion with the fast pace and everyone talking at once, the employees and manager run a tight ship, with patient communication and a kind demeanor.
In other words, great job!
