Favorite dimsum in Boston. Biggest all-day menu, every item delicious and fresh. Their chicken feet and custard buns are NY-level yummy. Totally worth the carb coma afterwards.
I want to address all the bad reviews complaining about bad service and bad noodles or whatever: go to Panda Express.
Ordering beef lomein at a dimsum place is like going to a brunch spot and getting a burger. Stop judging the place based on food they don't specialize in. If you want chicken fried rice and wontons, go anywhere else.
For the service: it's Chinatown. Service isn't a cultural cornerstone of China. Granted, they're especially standoffish here, but pretty similar to anywhere else you'll go in a 4-block radius.
For tipping: it's Boston. This place is also pretty affordable relative to other dimsum in the city, so getting mad about an 18% tip feels silly. Leave a good tip from the beginning and there won't be a problem.
Basically, if you want American Chinese food with American style service, go to Panda Express.

This is a staple of Boston's Chinatown. My recent visit was good. The spare ribs in black bean sauce was nice and hot when it came out. The beef rice roll was not very hot, but tasted good. A favorite is the fried dough in rice roll, it was quite good this visit. The turnip cake was Good and Hot.

Windsor Dim Sum Cafe located at 10 Tyler St, Boston, MA 02111 is a good Chinese Dim Sum restaurant, but their credit card minimum is completely unacceptable- $40 minimum!! They could easily lose their credit card ability if I complained to Mastercard. I have 200,000 plus view to my reviews/photos daily.
It is strictly against credit card holders to impose any minimum charge amount - that is a fact!
Besides, that the food is very delicious! Excellent, spring roll and shrimp, dumplings, nice and large and exceptional. But you should take credit cards regardless of the amount…. Have a service charge if necessary.

I’ve been dying for dim sum after 4 years in Florida. In Boston for a visit and am glad I came here. Prices are fair and portion size is generous! It is warm and cozy inside and the staff are nice, efficient and helpful,
The Chinese sausage buns are outrageously good.
Give them a shot. They’re great!

Perfect place to have a table full Dim Sum. The price seems to have gone up since before but still reasonable! Many small steamers cost only 7 dollars.

Good place whenever you crave for some dim sum.. we had all good choices except the; custard bun was not creamy inside and the rice noodle roll was too thick for my liking. cash only though...

Nice selection of dimsum. Restaurant is filed with Chinese, a good indicator that it is not american-chinese. There are only a couple of tables, a number of them larger, so if you are with a small party be prepared to share. Food is great, service a little less, though quick.

We loved this spot! Cash only, and the closest ATM (across the street) was out of order, so be more prepared than we were. It was still well worth the miniscule hassle. Made-to-order, not cart-style.
The chicken feet in black bean sauce were excellent and something I had been wanting to try for a while. The Chinese sausage and egg custard buns were really good, as was everything we had. We had fun and enjoyed eating at the table with strangers, but others may not. There are a few smaller tables as well. We got there early (before opening), so there wasn't a wait, but I hear there can be, so keep that in mind.

I highly recommend this place for dim sum.
Quick and delicious. I wish I could have eaten more.
This would be a great restaurant to come with friends, lots of dishes to share.
They automatically give you tea when you arrive which costs $1.25. It was definitely worth it.
There is a $40 credit card minimum and the servers expect to be tipped fairly.
I’ll be back!
謝謝
