Checked into hotel at 10pm and came here for a quick late night meal. Ambience is intimate and service is fantastic. Ordered the burger with truffle chips. It was the best burger I have had on this trip to date. Pricing is not cheap, but not prohibitive either. Beer selection was small, but diverse and the cocktails looked good. I
Wanted to eat somewhere opposite Boston Common and went here for brunch. Luckily, there was a table right by the window and facing the common. Blue skies gave us a lovely view. We both ordered the burger and we could smell the wonderful aroma of the parmesan truffle fries when it was served to us. The burger was scrumptious and filling. We had two different waiters as one was going off shift, but both were lovely. The service was excellent and will be going back the next time we're in Boston.
We later went back for lunch on the Monday and food was just as excellent.
Didnt know what to expect from this place. We were on our way to the garden and came across this restaurant. Service was lacking, unfortunately seem as their was only 2 servers, a food runner and their busser for the entire dinning room, they did however have 2 hostess and 2 managers, kind of off that no assistance was given to serve staff. It took our server a little over 10 minutes to come over and present herself and then stated that she would be "right back". thankfully the food more than made up for it! Must try the burger and steak and eggs. Burger and steak were extremely tender, melts in your mouth! Definitely recommend this place for the food, on a slower day, we visited on a Saturday afternoon.

Really nice place. Went here to grab a burger. For 26$ you get a very good burger and fries (+water and snacks which are served right as you enter). I was very hungry when entering and very full when exiting. Though I didn't eat half of the fries. The interior was stylish and the service nice and smooth. Loved it!
I had a great dinner experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, perfect after a long day. I tried their duck duo and it is wonderful. They create a crispy skin on the pieces of duck. Savor that crispy skin slowly because it is absolutely delicious. A thin layer of duck fat bonds the skin with the slightly cooked meat. Duck fat has a special, juicy-meat taste. Make sure to try their mussels appetizer; it is a great way to start the meal.
Located within the Four Seasons Hotel (left as you're entering), Bristol offers a cozy atmosphere, a great view of Boylston St., attentive service, and delicious fares. My date and I arrived at this location during a quiet early evening, and were seated adjacent to one of the large windows, allowing for a scenic backdrop to our meal. Our waiter was very polite, friendly, and efficient with orders. I would highly recommend this location to anyone from outside the Boston area - it's a great place for a drink or meal located in a bustling area.
I had lunch at the BL on 8/5/15. I ordered the Bristol Burger, as it's one of the lounge's signature offerings. It was perfection. Flavorful, juicy and seasoned just right. No need for condiments of any kind. It's also quite filling, I ate half and carried the remainder home.
Service was excellent too.
I will definitely return.
They provided great customer service, great and delicious drinks, and a cozy atmosphere. It has good space for dining and i had a great time. I would eat here again, and definitely recommend. You shoukd definitely try it out and see :-)
Decor was relaxing. Went for brunch and the four of us ordered different things and shared. Everything was tasty and delicious. Our server Sean, with round glasses, was the best part of our brunch.
