Union Oyster House - Boston - Photo album

I love this place. I had visited around 5 years ago and on my most recent trip was desperate to try and figure out where we went. Phew! Found it! Last night my friend and I had an amazing dinner. I got the lobster which was delicious. Cocktails, desert and the service were all incredible. Among
I recently visited Union Ouster House, and I was pleasantly surprised by the charming atmosphere that echoed an old story. The food was delicious, bringing a taste of tradition to every bite. The nostalgic ambiance paired with excellent dishes makes it a four-star experience worth savoring. One thin
When you first walk you instantly notice the beautiful authentic decor which really sets the mood. After being seated we were instantly greeted by the inviting staff. I decided to try their most famous plates. The flavors were amazing. I will definitely be back to try some more ones. My significant
When there while on a conference and I must say it was an amazing atmosphere. The oysters were really fresh and the staff was incredibly friendly. We got great recommendations from the bar tender about local beers and I must say the clam chowder was very nice. It really warmed us up. The place also
12.16.23 Heard so much about how great the food was so we had to try it. Place was really busy so we sat at the bar which offers full menu. Drinks and food came out fast. The clam chowder was amazing.
Great foods indeed. Really nice atmosphere, too. Osyter was really good and fresh! And the steak was surprisingly good, too. It was nice looking around the walls, showcasing historic pictures and ornaments. Service of the waiter was good, but front lady was not friendly when she was greeting us. But
1st time here and our waiter Chris made it a fantastic experience. The clam chowder was creamy and delicious, the lobster stuffed ravioli and cream sauce were fantastic. The oysters were delicious, my husband had 18. He the smaller ones(forgot the name.. cape cod ones). My lobster roll was chunks
This place is amazing. The staff is amazing they are courteous and will accommodate all your needs. First time came at night had corn bread and corn clam chowder soup and catch of the day broiled. Next day lunch time had a lobster roll with blackened catch of the day. Super tasty and just great food
I had the house chowder and broiled scrod with mashed potatoes. It was so delicious and fresh tasting. My wife had the shrimp and scallops over rice. The sauce was amazing. We also shared some fresh oysters that were unbelievable. Great spot with lots of history. I would absolutely recommend checkin
Lobster Mac & cheese was amazing! It was on their specials menu. Also had the sangria, amazing! Tried an oyster for the very first time here, it was interesting, but I didn’t hate it. There’s a garage nearby for parking, but it was $16 and you can get it validated if you’re there under 3 hours. Ever
Loved this place. It opened in 1826 and it is oldest restaurant in continous service since opening. I had mussels which comes with corn bread followed by shrimp and scallops on rice. My husband had oysters and crab cakes. Crab cakes were really good, not salty like some restaurants serve. We shared
This is an American gem....literally an Oyster Pearl. The amount of history in this place is amazing. My group sat at the raw bar (although) you can get the full menu there. We started with drafts of Union Oyster's Colonial Ale (UOH Exclusive Samuel Adams label). It is their house lager. When in...O
Thoroughly enjoyed everything we had! The chowder was some of the best we've ever had and the lobster mac was cheesy and loaded with lobster meat! On top of that, this is a historic restaurant located right off of the "Freedom Trail" with a lot of cool history!
Apparently America's oldest restaurant. It is like a little museum with a gift shop in the restaurant. Food was kind of average. Good but not the best. Clam chowder was great and I love that they serve cornbread with it. We were there to try the dine out boston restaurant week menu. The grilled shri
My wife, son, and I spent 3 days in Boston for the 250th anniversary of the Boston tea party and this was without a doubt the BEST food we had! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Boston area. I will be back the next time we visit.
It's all around amazing!! First time visiting, and the experience was to return for. The place was full we had to wait but only for 20 minutes. They called when ready to receive us. The waitress was so friendly and hospitable. Food, DELICIOUS, we ordered more. The crab cakes (not pictured) oh my g
